Did He Really Mean It?: The FA Cup Trophy Run 2007-08 2008-09

This year we’re heading off round the FA Trophy from start to finish, and this time we should actually be able to make it to Wembley without having to Deal (Town) with following Cardiff or Chase(town) tickets to sold out matches, but we may still end up having to go to Truro.

We’re once again starting out by following Dulwich Hamlet FC, not because of their beautiful Pink and Blue kit, but because they’re probably one of the most easily accessible clubs in London, and close to where Bamos lives. Basically we’ll follow whoever wins each tie (hopefully this will be Dulwich as far as possible) home and away through the following rounds, all the way to Wembley.

We’re setting out to follow the FA Cup from start (First Qualifying Round) to finish (Final: Wembley, May 17th), and this blog will try to capture the passion and the magic of this fine competition, as well as the trials and tribulations that we encounter en-route in the competition.
